The Magic of 3 reserves the right in combination with any other statements or directives, which may be shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises to:

 
  Refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the management.
Conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
Refuse entry and use on the premises of any form of cameras or audio equipment, horns, whistles, glass bottles and cans. Purchase of this ticket signifies acceptance that:
As members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed and sound recorded for broadcast.
The venue shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage within the premises.
The venue is observed as a NO SMOKING area.
Tickets will not be exchanged for money refunded unless an event is cancelled or postponed.
Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain it will become void and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
Children under the age of 14 should be accompanied by an adult.
