Kevin Hayes

Magic

                  He has been performing as a stand up comedy magician since          1982.

Credits include:

  • Resident magician at the Bridge House Restaurant, Reigate.
  • Magician at Bill Wyman’s restaurant Sticky Fingers.
  • Performing magic on capital radio... Well that’s what they wanted!
  • Not to be a name dropper but when he was working with Kylie & Danny Minogue he told   them he has also worked with Barbara Windsor, Richard O’Brien to name a few.
  • Not a court jester but he has also enjoyed doing magic for the King of Arabia and his entourage.
  • He has written and compeered many quiz nights and always with a magic flair.
  • He has worked as a Comedy Auctioneer at many events for corporate and charity companies.

Acting

Over the past 25 years Kevin has played many parts in plays and musical theater played kids, cats, dogs, idiots, drunks, comedians with pathos & sadistic psychopathic killers.  The tall good looking romantic lead still eludes me, I wonder why? !!  Yes all right I know I'm short and strange looking.

Film & TV

Kevin was in some comedy thing on ITV to do with train spotting but he insists although it was his own bobble hat and binoculars he is not a train spotter.

He was also in a short film playing the stupid Detective in a comedy drama

Dancing

Somehow Kevin was asked to join The Dance Cabaret group "High Society." They needed a partner for the Girl with two right legs. He said "We had a number of interesting engagements one of which was at the Fairfield Halls with Don MacLean We were the cabaret for a beauty contest  and fashion show where we were the troop of dancers modeling the latest fashions... They had to turn up all the legs on my trousers."

Directing

He has directed a number of shows and sketches over the years but always prefers to be on stage.

Drama teaching

Along with another actor he ran a drama club and produced a many shows. He was then asked to teach drama at Grey’s School of Dancing which he did for 2 years.

Theatre Technical

Kevin has Stage Managed many shows at the Epsom Play House, set design and had his own prop

making company for a while making props, sometimes using his knowledge of Magic for special effects.

 

Wayne Trice

Magic

He has been performing comedy magician since 1985

Credits include:

·            Barclays Bank Conference performing for nearly 300 of top management. 

·            As Chairman in number of Old Time Music Halls.

Acting

Wayne has performed in a variety of plays and pantomimes over approximately 15 years, with roles as diverse as a 50 year old retired army major, to one of the babes in "Babes in the Wood". Although he enjoys all genres of plays his favorites are pantomimes - which after he joined always included a "Magic spot"

His most memorable moment though has to be getting the chance to sing "Bui Doi" from "Miss Saigon" in the Fairfield Halls concert hall with choir backing and a full 60 piece orchestra.

Directing

He also stepped off the stage and directed two thrillers Blood Money & Dead Guilty

Alex Murphy

Magic

He has been performing magician since 1990

Credits include:

·          Since then he has been performing at various different levels in Pubs and Bars,       

      principally around the UK.

·          Alex has acted as compere for numerous events.

·          He has worked as an Auctioneer in fundraising events in venues ranging in size        from 50 people up to 500.

·          He has compiled and run many different quiz nights, with or without themes!
